Christina McCoy received her PhD in Iberian and Latin American Literatures and Cultures from UT-Austin in 2015. She is currently working as Associate Director, Conference Program at NAFSA: Association of International Educators, where she curates the educational content for the annual conference and creates meaningful professional development and leadership opportunities for international education practitioners. Christina manages the call for proposals lifecycle and ensures that conference offerings are relevant, in addition to managing volunteer committees and becoming an overnight expert in running online meetings and events.

Amie Tran received a Master’s in Public Affairs from UT-Austin in 2020 as part of a dual-degree MPH program with UT-Health Science Center. She is currently working as a public sector consultant at Deloitte where she and her team take on projects to modernize and enhance state agency legacy systems. Since joining Deloitte in July after graduation, she has worked with DSHS and the Office of Attorney General.

  • Amie Tran, MPAff

Lynn Cowles received her PhD in English Literature from UT-Austin in 2015. She is currently working as an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist at Foundation Communities, where she manages the Prosper Health Coverage program during the Affordable Care Act enrollment period, coordinates outreach with community partners, and works with community members to increase public education about health coverage options through Texas state, federal, and local programs.

  • Lynn Cowles, PhD

Joshua received his PhD in government from UT-Austin in 2015. He is currently working as Research Director of the Texas Politics Project at the University of Texas at Austin, where he manages the University of Texas/Texas Tribune Poll, analyzes Texas public opinion, electoral, and public policy data, and writes and comments on contemporary Texas politics, including elections and government. Dr. Blank also assists others on campus and off in designing and conducting research projects seeking to study attitudes with both quantitative and qualitative methods.

  • Joshua Blank, PhD

Aditya Rawal received his PhD in Computer Science from UT-Austin in 2018. He is currently working as a Machine Learning Scientist at Amazon AWS AI Labs, where he works on continual learning, AutoML and recommender systems. Previously, Aditya worked as a research scientist at Uber AI Labs (2018-2020) where he pursued some very exciting research in biologically-inspired meta-learning, open-ended reinforcement learning and neural architecture search.
