Career Success for All

The University of Texas at Austin is home to 16 career services offices, each with a unique and specialized approach to career development and employer relations.

Texas Career Success serves all students, employers and campus and community partners with a specialized focus on interdisciplinary career development, and campus-wide employer engagement. We do this through career counseling, coaching and programming for undergraduates and alumni; academic and non-academic career advising and professional development for graduate students and post-doctoral scholars; collaborations with campus partners; curricular integrations with faculty; and consultations with employers to develop campus-wide talent pipelines.

College and school career centers offer specialized career services tailored to the students they serve by providing career expertise in knowledge of academic disciplines, specific skill acquisition, and common industry interests. The colleges and schools offer these tailored services, programs and resources through career coaching, workshops and presentations, career and internship credit courses, career fairs and employer events, curricular integrations with faculty, and comprehensive relationships with employers to develop specialized talent pipelines.
