Isha Kanani received her Master of Science in Information Studies from UT-Austin in 2020. She is currently working as a Data Scientist at Dell, where she works with different teams and businesses who are looking to get predictive insights to improve their problem areas.

Caren Luckie received her Master of Library and Information Science from UT-Austin in 1994. She is currently working as a Research Attorney at Jackson Walker LLP, where she has overall responsibility for the Houston library, and performs research for attorneys and paralegals throughout the firm. She assists in management of the firm libraries, training, and evaluation of new resources. In addition, she is the CLE Coordinator for the firm.

Sarah Celentano received her PhD in Art & Art History from UT-Austin in 2016. When this video was made, she was working as Chairman’s Council Manager in the Development Department at the New-York Historical Society, where she was responsible for cultivating and stewarding major donors and developing programming and events to raise over $2 million in revenue annually. Her work involved close collaboration with members of the board of trustees and senior museum staff. Since recording this interview, Sarah accepted a position with the Brooklyn College Foundation as an Associate Gift Officer for Major Gifts.

Stephanie Malak received her PhD in Latin American Literature from UT-Austin in 2016. She is currently working as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Community of Literary Magazines and Presses, where she helps to extend CLMP’s mission to new members and partners worldwide. Stephanie’s responsibilities include negotiating rates for and connecting members to valuable publishing services, organizing webinars about relevant publishing needs, and developing partnerships with bookstores and publisher aggregators to offer discoverability for CLMP members and their publications.
