Exploration Celebration

Does looking at different major or career options sometimes feel intimidating? Do you wish it could be easier, and more fun?  

Stop by our career carnival to celebrate the exploration experience! This festive event will showcase a variety of exciting opportunities and campus services that can help you engage in the exploration process, manage stress and find community. Join us for fun, food and games!

Apply for The Archer Fellowship Program 

The Archer Fellowship Program provides undergraduates across the UT system the opportunity to live, learn and intern in Washington, D.C. Students can work full time at an organization of their choice based on their professional goals and interests. Past internship sites include the White House, the Supreme Court and NPR.  

Applications for the fall 2024 and spring 2025 cohorts open in mid-November 2023 and are due February 15, 2024. Students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the application guidelines and criteria well before the deadline, as the selection process is competitive.

Dell Technologies Undergraduate & Masters Night

Join us for the annual Dell Night on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the UNB (3.202) Texas Union Shirley Bird Perry Ballroom. Meet with team members from Dell Technologies and learn about Dell’s vision to drive human progress through technology. Hear from UT Alumni working at Dell and get the chance to ask them questions about their day-to-day work, find out what opportunities are available for you at Dell Technologies and get a guided tour of the Alienware Gaming Lounge. 


Coursera Career Academy 

The UT Coursera Program provides undergraduate Longhorns FREE access to online learning for course and professional certificate programs. Coursera’s Career Academy helps students advance their careers and get job-ready for the most in-demand fields with world-class, flexible, online training. Using Career Academy, you can: 

  • Explore different career paths  
  • Master real-world skills through hands-on learning in fields like data analytics, digital marketing, data science and more 
  • Earn professional certificates from the world’s leading companies, including Google, Meta and IBM
